The requirement is specifically for the following supplies: TEMPO QC Kit, Cat: 80000; TEMPO YM Kit, Cat:80001; TEMPO EB Kit, Cat: 80003; TEMPO AC Kit, Cat: 411113. Delivery within a 12-month Period of Performance from the date of award. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Test kits shall be compatible with the TEMPO automated quantification system to use the current equipment and to continue using the methodology that has been validated at great expense for the ISO17025:2017 program. TEMPO QC Kit: 80000 - A quantity of up to 12EA is needed for the base year and in the following option years. TEMPO YM: 80001, per kit of 48 test TEMPO EB: 80003, per kit of 48 tests TEMPO AC: 411113, per kit of 48 tests PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 12 months from the date of the award of the contract with four option years. Such documentation will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
