Summary

AI-generated · Feb 26, 2026

Procure Biomark Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) tags and scanners. The award will be firm-fixed-price and all-or-none, with payment terms Net 30; the government will select the most advantageous offer based on the required Specification Sheet and price, using a low-price technically acceptable approach. Offerors must price all options and the total price will include option pricing for award evaluation; significant unbalancing of option prices may render an offer unacceptable.

Submit quotes as PDF or Word documents to the designated NOAA contracting office by email, including the Specification Sheet and the price, and follow all instruction in the RFQ (including SAM registration and providing UEID/CAGE code). Quotes must include all evaluation criteria and comply with the applicable RFQ provisions; non-responsive submissions may be excluded from award consideration. The government may accept an offer before the stated expiration, and the award will be made by written notice.

The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. (b) Options (if applicable).
