QUESTIONS/ ANSWERS 1. Can the re-certifications be completed all with one visit? The current vendor has spent anywhere from 3 to 4 days to re-certify BSC s and Fume Hoods. This all depends on how many are due for that month. All BSC s and Fume Hoods are scheduled for 4 times a year, Oct, Dec, May, and Jun. We have two Fume Hoods that get tested twice a year in Jun and Dec due to customer requirements. The rest of the BSC s and Fume Hoods get tested only once a year. 2. The solicitation notes that this opportunity is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses. My partner, Diana, and I are the owners of XMS, Inc. would we need to be SBA-certified as a WOSB in order to be eligible to submit a bid? Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A192 is set aside as a 100% small business set aside, so if you re a small business under the NACIS code listed in the solicitation and meet the requirements you should be okay to submit a bid. 3. Additionally, the solicitation references a total of 130 units, but the attached inventory appears to list only 79. Could you please clarify whether the total quantity to be serviced is 130 or if the inventory list reflects the actual scope? On the provided Attachment B Pricing Matrix there is a total of 130 pieces equipment. There is only two (2) attachment to the solicitation Attachment A PWS and Attachment B Pricing Matrix.
