The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or response for this announcement and will not reimburse any vendors for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement. All questions must be received no later than January 17, 2025 by 1500 ET. Questions received after that date and time will not be considered. Proposals are due no later than February 4, 2025 by 1500 ET. Any proposal received after 1500 ET on February 4, 2025 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. A site visit is scheduled for January 7, 2025 at 0900 MST. Refer to Section L.6 of the SIR for site visit instructions.
