W912EE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Marine Gears, Inc. (CAGE Code: 1EY15) for the overhaul of one (1) Gear Unit Falk MRSDC-E (coupled to 12-cylinder EMD 645E7 turbo diesel) and overhaul of one (1) Shaft Bearing Cartridge Part Number Cooper 01EBC800EXAT. Refer to attached statement of work for complete requirement details. All work is scheduled to be complete no later than May 30, 2026. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it can meet the Vicksburg District s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 4:00 PM CST on 9 February 2026, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete this purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
