The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 621999 is All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services with the corresponding size standard of $20.5 Million. The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) is conducting market research and seeking potential Small Business sources to provide behavior health via telecommuincation for SDARNG service members and memeber of the military who are attending a school in the state. Interested vendors shall make available access to Virtual Crisis Services which are comprised of remote mental health assessment services for use in crisis situations. The mental health assessment component of Virtual Crisis Services will be performed by either a Registered Nurse (RN), a Master Level Licensed Social Worker, an Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA), or a physician psychiatrist. All providers will be licensed in the state of South Dakota. Provider will assist with de-escalation of the Service member, conduct a mental health assessment, provide safety means counseling and safety planning. If the Service member cannot de-escalate, the Contractor will ensure the Service member s care is escalated to the appropriate next level of care, to potentially include, but not limited to, EMS and first responder activation and emergency department evaluation. Virtual Crisis Services will be available to all Soldiers of the SDARNG twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. In addition this resource will be available to Soldiers of the National Guard while in orders/training status in South Dakota twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. It can be anticpated this requirement will support 4,500 service memebers.
