The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order that meets the specifications outlined below. The proposed contract action is for BRAND NAME commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as an unrestricted full and open requirement. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. QUESTIONS: Offerors may submit their questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements to the Contracting point of contact(s) identified in SAM.gov no later than two (2) days prior to the solicitation closing date. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Shipping term shall be FOB Destination; therefore, quotes SHALL include shipping cost incorporated within CLIN 0001.
