COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FA441825Q0067 Battery Capacity and Discharge Tester JOINT BASE CHARLESTON (JB CHS), SC (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA441825Q0067 and shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05; Effective 08/07/2025. (iv) This acquisition is Full and Open Competition as a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The associated NAICS code is 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees. (v) The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for the delivery of a Battery Capacity and Discharge Tester. in accordance with (IAW) Salient Characteristics. (vi) The CLIN schedule is provided in Attachment 3: FA441825Q0067 RFQ Fill-in Sheet. (vii) The contractor shall propose on the expected period of performance no later than 40 Weeks after receipt of award (ARO). If the lowest priced quotation is determined to conform to the requirements of the solicitation then the offer represents the best value for the Government and the evaluation process stops at this point.
