The contract performance period will be 90 days if the base bid only for the basketball court work is awarded, or 120 days if both the base bid and bid option for racquetball court flooring is awarded, the period of performance will begin 10 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award.
