The contractor shall perform Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and other services required to ensure the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The BTS consists of the base s Cisco Unified Communications Manager, session board controllers, the outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) systems, network, transmission systems, and other equipment as described in the PWS, which may include other telephone, fiber optic equipment, data switches, etc. The contractor shall operate and maintain all BTS equipment and systems in accordance with (IAW) the original equipment manufacturer s technical manuals and specifications, Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Air Force (DAF) policy and regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor shall maintain Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) associated components to include VoIP LAN software, VoIP Patch Panels and VoIP Phones as deployed. The contractor is solely responsible for ensuring sufficient personnel are assigned to this contract and all personnel are qualified to perform the requirements listed herein, including those required by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) requirements to maintain, install, or operate the equipment covered by the contract.
