The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources of companies capable of providing non-personal services for Base Enlisted Specialty Training (BEST) and Base Level Human Resources System Management (HRSM) in accordance with the attached PWS. Response Guidelines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses by email to the primary POC not later than Wednesday, 13 August 2025 at 1400, London Time. Earlier submission is highly encouraged. * This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and identify potential sources.
