This solicitation will be restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY Project Description: USACE is responsible for the maintenance of the navigation channels on nation's navigable rivers and the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Project (BSNP) is the program to repair and maintain these channels. This work is necessary to support ongoing repair and maintenance of the navigation channels on the Missouri River and consists of a variety of types of work including but not necessarily limited to incidental excavation, placement of stone and the construction of needed features revetments, roots, reverse sills, chevrons, dikes, L-heads, and kickers.
