The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for Baltimore Aircoil Company spare parts for the NEC cooling tower system in Mexico City, Mexico. The estimated delivery schedule for this service is 60 days. It is expected that, once awarded, the spare parts shall be delivered no later than December 1, 2025. Delivery of items shall be in Mexico City or Brownsville. The selected offeror will be fully responsible for providing the spare parts as described in the RFQ document, which will be published on SAM.gov. This includes obtaining any necessary local government permits (including import permits) and licenses, if required, while adhering to the quality standards specified in the RFQ document. Offerors will be responsible for presenting an offer that considers the elements listed below. If a discrepancy is identified, the offeror will be responsible for flagging it in the quotation.
