The 356 ETSG is seeking information from potential vendors capable of supplying and delivering one (1) Caterpillar XQ570 Diesel Generator (Brand Name Only) to Andersen Air Base, Guam. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the requirement for the ERHS Back 40 Generator. Clarifications are as follows: Only new equipment will be accepted; used, refurbished, or remanufactured items are not eligible. Offerors must provide an accurate, firm delivery date. Delivery is required within 45 days from date of award. Timely delivery is essential to prevent operational impacts. All yellow-highlighted fields in the COMBO must be completed for quote consideration. Offerors are advised to review the requirement in its entirety to ensure they understand what is necessary to provide an acceptable quote that is eligible for award. Original Post The Government requires one (1) 500kW XQ570 Caterpillar Generator Set. The generator must include a trailer and a double-walled fuel tank with 110% spill containment. Delivery is required to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The generator must comply with all emissions requirements for operation on Guam and USAF installations.
