The project requires providing all labor and equipment to repair/replace the parking lot of building 73 on Offutt AFB, NE. This parking lot has been fully designed. Drawings and specifications will be provided. A site visit will be conducted on 12 September 2025 at 9:00AM CDT. All interested parties will meet at Building 73 parking lot. If access to Offutt AFB is needed, please complete the attached EAL worksheet and return it to Ms. Laura Stemick and SSgt Dylan Pittman no later than 5 September 2025 at 3:00PM CDT. No late submissions will be processed. **Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
