The work to be performed will be at Building 118, Pershing Rd. located within the Fort Bliss TX Installation. The contract duration is 120 days after notice to proceed. This project is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
