PLANNED SCOPE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The overall B025S Substation 25S SWGR Replacement & MV Upgrades program includes replacement and upgrade of electrical distribution equipment at Substation 25S to improve reliability, safety, and code compliance. SLAC is seeking the services of a qualified construction contractor to complete the scope in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), which includes re-routing an underground 480V feeder, between Substation 25S and the buildings (B025, B034, B003, and B024) served by Substation 25S. Work includes installation of new conduits, feeders, duct banks, routing, associated civil work, terminations, testing, etc.as mentioned on the design documents and outlined in this SOW. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The Offeror has a current and valid California Contractor s license; all sub-tier contractors also have a valid California license. Offeror s license has not been revoked in the last 5 years. Offeror has not been debarred from working on Government contracts/subcontracts, in the last 5 years. Offeror has at least one office in the San Francisco Bay area for a minimum of 2 years. SF Bay Area Office is defined as the following 10-counties: Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Solano, and Santa Cruz Counties. Offeror has had experience working on a federally funded construction project.
