The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for the repair of the AC building unit located at B019 in Brussels, Belgium. The contractor shall provide these services in full compliance with Belgian laws and other applicable regulations. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Full description, scope of work and additional documents can be found in the attachements. Contract Type: The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order. Site Visit: The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation site visit. The pre-proposal conference will be held on August 22, 2025, at 10.00am (local time). Prospective offerors/quoters should contact BrusselsBids@state.gov to arrange access before August 21, 2025, at 10.00am (local time).
