Summary

AI-generated · Apr 08, 2026

Two handheld borescope kits are required, each consisting of a Waygate Technologies MViQ+ Enhance Borescope (or equal) with interchangeable probes in two sizes (~4 mm and ~6 mm). For each probe size, provide at least one forward-view tip and one side-view tip, with a minimum nominal field of view of 100 degrees per standard tip (or 50/50 if stereo probes are included). Include ~2 m probe cables, at least 32 GB of internal storage, and a pistol-grip handheld unit with a physical joystick for articulation. Each kit must include an interchangeable battery and charger, support ~110 VAC power, and come in a portable carry case. Unit weight should be 5–10 pounds and total with case 20–25 pounds, with a telescoping pole kit or shoulder strap, a rigid sleeve for the flexible scope, and mounting hooks/base suitable for aircraft use. The display must be a 4-inch+ LCD with WVGA or XVGA resolution and at least 5x zoom, with data transfer to external media. Probes must articulate in any direction and rotate 360 degrees. MIL-STD-810H compliance (or MIL-STD-810G equivalence) for the listed environmental tests is required, and the offeror must list all kit contents and MIL-SPEC compliance. This is a firm-fixed-price procurement with an estimated 90-day performance period after award.

This acquisition is a small-business set-aside; electronic submissions will be via Beta.SAM.gov, and SAM registration is required to receive an award. Foreign participation is not allowed. Note 22 applies. No telephone requests.
