Summary

AI-generated · Aug 25, 2025

A FAA market survey seeks capability statements from firms to provide Aviation Weather Technical and Engineering Support Services at a technical center in Atlantic City, NJ, under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, time-and-materials contract for five years (base year plus four option years), with work anticipated to begin in Fall 2026. The eventual competition approach has not been determined and may rely on existing agency-wide contracts, which could limit bid participation to respondents; the current incumbent is Basic Commerce and Industries, Inc.

Submit a 5-page capability statement showing recent relevant experience (last 5 years), whether you hold any FAA-wide contract vehicle (eFAST MOA) and its award number, and your business size. Indicate whether the services are commercial under AMS policy, or explain if they are non-commercial. Submittals are to be emailed to the designated contracting officers by the stated deadline, with questions due by the specified date; responses are for informational purposes only, will be protected if marked confidential, and may be used to determine if an open competition will later be limited to respondents.
