The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Division is seeking to identify qualified and capable sources for the procurement of supplies. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, CMOP division, intends to release a requirement to procure Six (6) operational supplies listed below for delivery to the 763 Lancaster CMOP. RFQ: 36C77026Q0106 SET ASIDE CATEGORY: Total SDVOSB Set-Aside. PRODUCT CODES: 8135, Packing and bulk Material NAICS CODES: 325992, Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, Chemical and Copy Toner Manufacturing. ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE: 6/18/2025. ESTIMATED RESPONSE DUE DATE: 6/30/2025 @ 4pm Central Time. DELIVERY TIME FRAME: 10 days (ARO) after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Vendor must be registered and current in SAM.gov. Buy American Act (BAA) Applies. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor SAM.GOV for changes or amendments. Offeror shall provide their direct OEM authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller documentation. **Vendors that fail to submit a copy of their direct OEM authorized dealer, distributor or reseller documentation shall be deemed non-compliant. Please note that Two Questions were recieved. Question: 1. What the biggest challenge with the Autopacker machines? Answer: Consistency with the bags. Consistent quality/manufacturing is important to avoid technical difficulties such as bags jamming and/or tearing at the side or bottom seams. These issues create downtime with the machine and directly affect prescription production. Question: 2. Can samples of the current bags be given out? Answer: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide samples of the current bag, as it contains proprietary information specific to the manufacturer. This is why we hosted the site visit-to allow you all to view the machine and ask questions. Samples and Quotes are Due 4/15/2026 at 4pm as noted in the RFQ Thank you!
