Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a limited source contract with BD/ Pyxis for the Automated Cabinet Dispensing System. This procurement is intended to be used by Tomah VA Medical Center. Contract Title. Automated Cabinet Dispensing System Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for paying on any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) (339112) (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). BD/Pyxis is the manufacturer of the equipment and is certified to provide parts and perform services on the equipment.
