As part of its market research, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Operations Division is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing solutions to meet the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. USDA is seeking small business contractors that have the capability to provide Auto Body Collision Repair for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Pennsylvania State Office. NRCS utilizes a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Pickup Truck to facilitate their mandated missions. The truck sustained damage resulting from a recent storm, damaging the box bed and possibly under carriage, suspension and frame. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the potential requirement is 811121 which has a size standard of $9M in annual average receipts. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part FPAC-BC s market research. No Request For Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute an RFQ. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. FPAC-BC will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.
