The contractor shall provide two (2) Audiometric Booths simultaneously, disassemble, remove and dispose of the two (2) existing audiometric booths, complete installation, and validations within seven (7) business days of start of installation for the new audiometric booths. In addition, the vendor shall include audiometric booth freight/shipping, loading and unloading, all labor, booth certification, and sound field calibration. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
