An IDIQ contract of this nature can act as the primary support vehicle for DLA s ATG/IAS/OPE program requirements and allow for centralized issuance of Task Orders (TOs). The TOs issued against this IDIQ are anticipated to require the contractor to render supplies and services on a global scale at various geographic locations (e.g. within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). This effort consists of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support, Support Documentation, and Equipment and Material Support. All services including labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, test equipment, transportation, and travel for maintaining and repairing equipment associated with the HFAM systems are encompassed under this effort; to include all services in support of design, procurement, installation, testing, subsystem/system implementation, system interfaces, training, documentation generation, integration and system troubleshooting of installations/modifications to the ATG system. This effort will require the Contractor to have the capability to respond to multiple requests simultaneously and to work at multiple locations worldwide.
