This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for BOSS ATC Mobile Facilities Maintenance Services for United States Coast Guard USCG Mobile, AL, prepared in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025. This solicitation is issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant supervision, labor, and equipment, except as specified as Government-furnished, required to operate, maintain, repair, improve, and construct real property facilities and equipment; and provide services, including but not limited to Food Service Equipment, Transportation Services, Electrical Systems, Heating Systems, Water Distribution Systems, Sewage Systems, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Plant and Systems, Buildings and Structures, Grounds Maintenance, Surfaced Area Maintenance, Trash Collection and Disposal, Fire Protection Systems, and Fire Preventions Services as specified in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, drawings, and Technical Exhibits (TE) contained herein and incorporated by reference. These services shall be performed in accordance with applicable national codes, technical manuals, publications, manufacturer s recommendations, and federal, state, and local laws for USCG Aviation TRaining Center Mobile, AL. Site Visit: A Site Visit for this requirement is optional, but not required, and is scheduled for 1 July 2025 at 8:00 am local time.
