This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NAICS: 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, and associated size standard $19 million. This requirement is not set-aside small business. Place of Performance: Vendor's facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026 and 4 option years. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Please provide the following information: 1.
