Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers document DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services across multiple buildings for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to provide asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services and - when directed - provide follow-on asbestos abatement and LBP removal services IAW the attached Performance Work Statement. There will be three BPA's awarded based on this solicitation.
