Supported mission areas include Compliance, Conservation, Cleanup, Energy, and Sustainability. The Statement of Work includes the following: Program Support: Services being procured are directly related to environmental management, reporting, planning, programming, budgeting, and monitoring supported via the Army s environmental system of record, Web Compliance Assessment and Sustainment System Enterprise (WEBCASS-E). Required enterprise-level technical services include data analysis, assessment, inspection, survey, maintenance, update, research, review, organization, compiling, migration, monitoring, tracking, reporting, work plans, workflow management, auditing, sustainment, and help desk support. Training Support: Provide training instruction to program users executing Army environmental programs in accordance with requirements established by the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army. This Sources Sought Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
