Provide capabilities for supplying AN/ARC-210(V) radio systems and related ancillary equipment. The ARC-210(V) is a UHF/VHF AM/FM anti-jam avionics radio that delivers secure voice and data communications in LOS and beyond-LOS modes, supporting waveforms such as TSV, SATURN, MUOS, and IW, and is used across fixed-wing and rotary aircraft, UAVs, ground stations, airborne consoles, and certain ship classes. A single-award IDIQ with firm-fixed-price orders is anticipated, over a five-year ordering period, with individual task/delivery orders determining performance details; the effort is being conducted to assess market capability and potential small-business set-aside possibilities and to inform the forthcoming RFP.

Responding firms must demonstrate specialized knowledge of the ARC-210(V) family and established CONUS production, delivery, and repair capabilities for the radios and related equipment, with the ability to ship to CONUS and OCONUS end users for domestic and Foreign Military Sales. Experience handling Cryptographic Controlled Items in NSA-compliant environments, engagement with DCMA, and management of Transportation Account Codes and IPO procurement controls is required. Propose your business size and, if planning to use similarly situated subcontractors to meet subcontracting rules, provide the names and CAGE codes of those entities. Submit a capabilities document (up to ten pages, PDF) by email; no classified information; questions by email; responses are voluntary and do not constitute a bid.
