ARC-169 Band Pass Filter (E-3 Aircraft) Repairs FA8539-25-C-0003

This post award synopsis is to announce that the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (ALC), Robins AFB, GA, has awarded on a sole source basis for services to perform repairs of the ARC-169 Band Pass Filter (BPF). The effective date date for the contract FA8539-25-C-0003 was 25 Sept 2025 based on Official Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8539-25-R-0004. The award contains the following National Stock Numbers (NSN) and Part Numbers (P/N): 5915015356666BY; 800125-03 The issuing Contracting Office's DODAAC is FA8539; Address, AFSC/PZABA. The resultant 4-year, Firm Fixed Price negotiated contract consists of one (1) basic period of 12 months, followed by three (3) twelve month Option Periods. The Government awarded directly to RF Products Inc. (CAGE: 58022) for the services described herein. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
