Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide land appraisal services to the Forest Service Chugach National Forest. Services shall include a site inspection and the submission of a complete final appraisal report for an Oracle Extension Lode Claim-Culver Land Purchase as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Place of Performance: The work shall be performed Southcentral Alaska (see Attachment 1 for details). Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 31 December 2026.
