Award will be made to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price among those quotations that meet all minimum technical acceptability requirements specified in Section 4. Prospective bidders must meet basic standards for responsibility at FAR 9.104 and full compliance with the solicitation to be eligible for award. The Government intends to award based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although the Government reserves the right to hold discussions with bidders if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due no later than May 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM (UAE time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English; incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
