THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service intends to solicit quotes for a service of Portable Toilet Service IAW SOW for Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in Wisconsin. This is the solicitation number 140P6426Q0010 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 562991. The small business size standard is $9.0 M. Provisions and clauses are, incorporated in this solicitation document. Anticipated Award Date: on or before 02/10/2026 with an effective date of 02/15/2026. To be considered for award your company must obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF STATEMENT OF WORK Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide portable toilet service at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore IAW SOW. Offers to be submitted via email Questions regarding this solicitation will only be accepted until 12:00 PM ET, January 27, 2026 via email. OFFERS SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: TO SUBMIT AN OFFER 1.Checklist for quote submittal completed to ensure all documents submitted (p.8). Must ensure that this document is not edited for any reason (outside of adding units of measure, quantities, etc) and the unedited Price Schedule is provided with final pricing if needing to make edits or alter the document, provide an addendum outlining these changes or additional information wanting to make apparent to the evaluators. Ensure that Prior Experience references and examples, that are similar in scope to this type of service, are provided - Prior experience is the factual documentation or narrative of a firms experience, qualifications, and capability, to meet the acceptability standard. Offerors are to provide references (preferably a minimum of 3) that provide information on the performance quality of work on similar projects/services as outlined in the Statement of Work please ensure they are as relevant as can be for this requirement. 4.Complete a Capabilities Statement or Project Narrative demonstrating knowledge of, and experience in, the products described in the attached Specifications. 5.Submit all required documents via email by the date and time listed in this solicitation. Offerors are responsible for submitting quotes/proposals so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
