D-26-NE-0042 - NOTICE OF INTENT The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Motorola Solutions, Inc., 500 W. Monroe St. Chicago, Illinois 60661-3781, for services to support License Plate Recognition camera system (Custom API for VehicleManager (LEARN) and DEASIL Integration Service ANNUAL). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.207 (c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can provide the systems necessary to support and meet the Government s requirement, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to robert.j.radke@dea.gov and be received by the archive date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the Sole Source Documentation is attached. This notice does not oblige the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
