NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contract Number: 15M10225PA4700453 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for APC-FY25-000362 FY25 D58 Fire Protection LP Detention Cell Door. The period of performance for this effort will be a base award. The total estimated value is approximately $13,898.89 and is being awarded to JOHNSON CONTROLS FIRE PROTECTION LP. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
