Secure an advanced Enterprise Endpoint Detection and Response / Endpoint Protection Platform to protect endpoints across both physical and virtual environments. The AOUSC is using this RFI for planning and market research to validate the capability and suitability of potential solutions against the draft SOW, and to gather questions, concerns, and feedback. Vendors should indicate if their platform is FedRAMP authorized (and at what level), provide the platform name and whether it is commercially available, and describe to what extent it meets all or only some of the stated requirements.

Respondents should supply basic company information and confirm eligibility (e.g., SAM/UEI status). They should indicate whether the procurement is best suited for open competition or a GSA MAS approach and which contract category would be most appropriate, along with the best-fit NAICS code. The RFI requests a Firm Fixed Price proposal for a 12-month base year plus four 12-month options, plus detailed labor categories, qualifications, rates, and estimated hours per year. Also requested are any questions or concerns about the draft SOW and any other information needed to prepare a formal proposal. Note: this is solely for market research; responses will not be proposals and there is no commitment to issue an RFP.
