The applicable NAICS is 561621; Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $25M. The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirement: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, engineering, programming, and commissioning necessary to furnish and install a centralized air-gapped alarm notification system designed to transmit Major Issue alarms via analog telephone dial-out without reliance on internet connectivity for Seimens manufactured cooling systems, hydraulics, and power. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. Concerned parties should address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the Contracting Officer for resolution prior to consulting the Ombudsman.
