36C25625Q0962 RFQ SOLICITATION The Central Arkansas VA Health Care System located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR has a requirement for provide preventive maintenance and repair service on Anti-ligature Overhead Door Alarms on 28 doors located in Building 170. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, transportation, equipmen, preventive maintenance, repair service and expertise necessary to complete all work associated with preventive maintenance and repair services on Anti-ligature Overhead Door Alarm system.. The contract is expected to be firm, fixed-price for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The solicitation is issued as a Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 561621, with a small business size standard of $25 Million. All interested parties must be listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, at the date and time of their quote submission, and date of award.
