REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Solicitation Number: W91CRB-25-R-5026 Solicitation for: AN/PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Device and Accessories Type of Solicitation: Total Small Business Set-Aside The U.S. Government is soliciting proposals for the procurement of one hundred twenty-two (122) commercial AN/PVS-14, sixty-six (66) FAST Helmet Mount Adapter, Part Number (P/N A3256369 or NOROTOS P/N 1701010 or P/N A3256369 Rhino Mount), and sixty-six (66) Weapon Mount Adapter for Picatinny Rail (MIL-STD-1913/STANAG 2324), Part Number (P/N A3256348 or Part Number 275500-1) to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Colombia under Foreign Military Sales Case (FMS): CO-B-VJA, CO-B-VIK and CO-B-VIQ, Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) CE24009. Contractors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through the System for Award Management (SAM) website https://www.sam.gov. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award of a federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://sam.gov/entity-registration.
