This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services, and FAR 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The Master BPA does not obligate any funds. The government shall be obligated only to the extent of authorized orders actually utilized via a properly executed BPA Call.
