AI-generated · Jun 24, 2026

Market research to identify DoD contractors with the capability to perform depot-level testing and repair for the AN/ALR-56M Repair NSNs 5963-01-362-9731EW and 5955-01-362-4598EW (UP Converter and Frequency-Selectable Oscillator). The repair path is described as R3/RMC, meaning repair directly from the original manufacturer, and the Government does not own the necessary production data or rights to contract with other sources; Narda-MITEQ is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source with the required knowledge to meet performance requirements. Responses should acknowledge the OEM data constraints and the need to maintain compatibility of the FIDL with TO 12P3-2ALR56M-34.

Respondents must have facilities and cleared personnel up to Secret to manufacture, handle, store, and maintain sensitive information and operating systems; provide, maintain, and calibrate all required equipment at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility; furnish all materials and services, with replacement parts meeting or exceeding original quality. Participation in this market survey does not guarantee future solicitations or awards, and no expenses will be reimbursed. The items are used on F-16 C/D and C-130J aircraft, and current production is by the OEM (BAE Systems) with components from OEM-approved suppliers; Narda-MITEQ is the only known supplier for these repair NSNs.
