The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire the following items applicable to the AN/ALR-56M Radar Warning Receiver System: NSN PN Noun 1680-K0-107-337A VM 333001-013 AN/ALR-56M Receiver Set 5685-01-381-2974 333005-001 DFR Receiver/LRU 4 5998-01-381-1856 333325-002 DF Interface 5865-01-495-1126 333007-003 Superhet Controller SHC/LRU-6 5865-01-324-7734 333008-000 SHR Superhet Receiver/LRU-7 5865-01-591-9809 333009-002 CDR Receiver/LRU-10 5998-01-393-1709 333271-002 CCA Presense 5963-01-393-9163 333721-000 Microstrip Channelizer Assembly Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-24-R-0008 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for estimated quantities as seen in the attached for a six-year contract period. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems, CAGE 81413, Totowa, NJ, pursuant to 10 USC 23094(c)(1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
