Gary Tarasovsky has been the sole designer, data manager and consultant of a database system, VA recruitment and data management (REDCap) which will need continued management and programming for the remainder of the study s timeline. Gary Tarasovsky has in-depth knowledge about system s programming, the study teams needs regarding data fidelity and application, and has several years in providing VA-compliant data storage solutions and capabilities. Period of Performance (POP): 5/20/2026 5/19/2031 plus four option years. (Estimated) A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached.
