The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) located in Tonalea, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Steris Corporation UEI No.: UGGQJGGH6846 for an Equipment Amsco 400 Small Steam Sterilizer 16x16x26 SFPP Single Door Cab Electric 208V with Vacuum Pump as required by the CSR Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Steris Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an replacement of failing equipment.
