No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Services include the range of paramedic, EMT, and ambulance services provided in the local community, including connectivity to area-wide 911 dispatch. Emergent patients will only be transported to the New Mexico Veteran Affairs Health Care Services (NMVAHCS) Emergency Department (ED) except those excluded, (trauma, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, or civilian patients choice), or diverted.

Perform paramedic, emergency medical technician, and ambulance services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Contractor shall provide a New Mexico State licensed paramedic, licensed emergency medical technician (EMT), and fully supplied and equipped ambulance for emergency medical response and patient transport for all personnel on Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) and 377 MDG Campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Contractor shall be located on KAFB to provide emergency medical response to KAFB and the 377 MDG Campus, as well as subsequent necessary transport.
