This is a pre-solicitation notice announcement only. This pre-solicitation notice is being posted to the Government-wide Point of Entry Website (www.sam.gov). In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, Pre-solicitation Notices. This pre-solicitation notice is prepared in accordance with FAR 5.207. The Unites States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Property and Procurement Services (PPS), Incident Procurement Operations (IPO) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in support of the Interagency Incident Support Caches. Subject to FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR 13. The resultant contract, if any, will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order. - Proposed Solicitation Number- 1202SC25Q2715 - Set-aside Status- 100% Total Small Business - NAICS- 337127, Institutional Furniture Manufacturing - Product or Service Code- 7195 Misc Furniture & Fixtures - Description- 994 ea, aluminum metal, folding table with dimensions 30”x72” to be delivered to multiple cache locations. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only. Quotes are not being requested nor accepted at this time. Instructions for the submission of quotes will be provided in the Solicitation when it is issued. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Property and Procurement Services (PPS), Incident Procurement Opertaions (IPO) is issuing a Request for Quotation in support of the National Incident Support Cache for the purchase of 994 aluminum folding tables to be delivered to multiple locations. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract/purchase order. Prospective quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov), in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and are encouraged to be associated with NAICS listed or meeting the size standard for that NAICS prior to award. All quote packages shall be submitted via email to lindsey.christian@usda.gov as stated in the solicitation.
