A response shall include: 1. A capabilities statement indicating your company's ability to meet this requirement that includes reference material indicating your ability to meet the information stated in the SOW. 2. Any past performance references where your company has produced something similar. All interested parties are directed to provide the requested information to the specified CO and CS found further within this advertisement by the closing date and time. While late submissions may be considered, the CO will make a determination regarding capabilities based on the information presented within the time allowed.
