The solicitation number is 1232SA25Q0573 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-05 dated 08/07/2025. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Award is needed within 10 days of each order, in quantities as requested by the location. The full quantity of 99 items will be delivered no later than 365 days after receipt of the order. Delivery is to be made to the USDA, ARS, ERRC, Dairy and Functional Foods Research Unit at 600 Ease Mermaid Lane in Wyndmoor, PA 19038. This requirement shall be FOB Destination.
