Responses will be evaluated: however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of Government. If no responses are received, CPSC will proceed with negotiating a sole source award to JT Motorsports. Special Notice is issued "Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF)". The Government cannot issue binding contract, until a written approval provides funds. Award will be issued by the contracting officer when funds are made available.
